LSI provides a complete benefit package for full-time and part-time (32 hours or more) employees.

LSI offers a high deductible health plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA), which is a consumer driven health insurance plan allowing you to manage your own healthcare costs and take advantage of deep in-network discounts.

You can participate in a free, annual health screening by Mercy Health Systems. If you maintain or improve your health on your next screening, you earn a discount on your health insurance premiums.

PTO

To support a work and life balance, LSI offers traditional vacation, sick, holiday, bereavement and other leaves in one PTO package for full and part-time (24+ hours) employees.

At designated times of the year, employees can ‘cash-in’ excess PTO to use for whatever expenses come their way.

We also offer a corporate PTO donation program in case or for when you need extended leave after an accident or major life event.
