Host Homes

What is a Host Home?

Our Host Home program is an opportunity for you to change the world! If you are passionate about helping others and making a difference in your community, becoming a mentor might be for you. Becoming a mentor gives you the opportunity to host an adult with disabilities in your home.

As a mentor, your role is to provide guidance, support, and care for the individual living in your home. This partnership allows you to establish a meaningful relationship with the person you are hosting as you invite them to become part of your family.

Your mentee will partner with you in making decisions about his or her life, planning, and goals. You will also be provided with training and 24/7 on-call support to help you face any potential challenges.

We take matching the right host with the right person very seriously. We believe in finding the right mentor for each mentee, and vice-versa.
