Have you ever struggled with shared parenting with a foster/adoptive child in your home? If so, this course is for you. If not, it will probably happen sooner or later, so this course is for you. This course is an overview and discussion-based training on shared parenting and alliance building in foster care and adoption. This training will include you sharing your own experiences and reviewing the expectations around shared parenting, as well as creating an action plan for self-care when challenges arise.
