If you are interested in one of the children or sibling groups listed here, you must complete the form below and click SUBMIT. Once we receive your inquiry, we will immediately forward it to the child’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) caseworker for consideration.
Families who are interested in adoption must be current licensed foster families (with an approved homestudy) or approved adoptive families.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you click SUBMIT, know that your information has been received. Please do not expect a reply. We receive a high volume of inquiries about many children, and the HHS caseworker will contact you if you are a potential match for the child. HHS and the Iowa court system place children into adoptive homes. We do not provide additional information about the children listed here.
