HOPES Home Visiting Program - Lutheran Services in Iowa

Thank you for your interest in home visiting with the HOPES program.

HOPES provides support for prenatal families through the age of 5. We are able to enroll new parents who are expecting up until 90 days following birth. Our program focuses on supporting families with infant care, parenting, child development, links to community resources, and many other aspects of parenting.
