Standards 15.01, 15.02, and 15.03 is applicable to all programs including Long Term Home Visitation, Short Term Home Visitation, and Group Based Parent Education programs.

Standard 15 includes policy, procedure, and practice for family support programs relating to services that are culturally sensitive. Staff understands, acknowledges, and respects cultural differences among families.  Staff and materials used reflect the cultural, linguistic, geographic, racial and ethnic diversity of the population served.
