There are many tools used throughout IFSTAN to help programs be successful in their endeavor to procure the Iowa Family Support Credential. This tools are also discussed during the first meeting with a program specialist to formally enter technical assistance.
Body of Evidence: Used in conjunction with the Iowa Family Support Standards (IFSS) to help programs decide what to put in their “box” and what needs to be available on site for the peer reviewers to review.
Definitions for IFSTAN: Provides a description for all terminology used in IFSTAN.
Definitions for Iowa Family Support Credentialing: Provides word/phrase and definition for interpretation of the Iowa Family Support Standards.

Linking Standards: Groups IFSS together by topic to help programs think about the IFSS by topic if preferred by the program.
Ratings Indicator Sheet: Provides the ratings given to programs in peer review report indicating if programs were in or out of adherence.
Program Guide: Provide programs the policies and procedures for the IFSTAN program as they relate to programs.
