Follow the steps in our application process:

Step 1

Complete our online application for the position you are interested in. There will be an option to attach a copy of your resume and cover letter. Once your application is received, we will send you a confirmation email.

Step 2

If you are selected for a first-round interview, you will receive an email or phone call from an LSI representative.

Step 3

Background checks and references are completed following your interview. LSI completes background checks including, but not limited to, criminal convictions, Medicare/Medicaid fraud, child abuse, dependent adult abuse, sex offender, and motor vehicle records.

Step 4

If you successfully complete the background checks and you are selected for another possible round of interviews, we will be in touch.

Step 5

We love your enthusiasm, but please do not follow up with a phone call. Due to the large number of applications we process regularly, we prefer that you wait to be contacted by LSI.

Step 6

If you are hired, you will receive a welcome letter that details what you will be required to bring for your first day of employment. This may include bringing your proof of education and/or licensure on your first day of work.

Benefits

As a human services agency, we understand how important it is for LSI team members to have access to affordable, quality healthcare, flexibility, and other benefits. We provide a complete benefit package for full-time and part-time (30 hours or more) employees.

PTO

LSI believes in work-life balance, and we offer traditional vacation as well as sick, holiday, bereavement, and other leaves in one PTO package for all team members who work more than 24 hours a week. You can also accrue more PTO as you grow your career at LSI. Full-time employees accrue the following PTO days.

Year One – 20 Days

Year Two – 25 Days

Year Four – 35 Days

At certain times of the year, you can cash-in excess PTO to use for whatever expenses come your way.

Flexible Schedule

Whether you’re juggling college classes or picking up your kids from school, we work with you to build a schedule that is the best fit for you. We offer full-time, part-time, and occasional work opportunities.

Training and Development

We love watching our teammates grow their careers at LSI! We provide resources to help employees plan their human services career path, as well as leadership and development trainings for supervisors. We also offer opportunities to receive continuing education units (CEUs) or clinical supervision if you are working toward professional licensure.

We offer free annual health screenings, as well as options for group life insurance, voluntary life insurance, and long-term disability insurance. A flexible spending account and a Health Savings Account (HSA) are also optional.
