Follow the steps in our application process:
Complete our online application for the position you are interested in. There will be an option to attach a copy of your resume and cover letter. Once your application is received, we will send you a confirmation email.
If you are selected for a first-round interview, you will receive an email or phone call from an LSI representative.
Background checks and references are completed following your interview. LSI completes background checks including, but not limited to, criminal convictions, Medicare/Medicaid fraud, child abuse, dependent adult abuse, sex offender, and motor vehicle records.
If you successfully complete the background checks and you are selected for another possible round of interviews, we will be in touch.
We love your enthusiasm, but please do not follow up with a phone call. Due to the large number of applications we process regularly, we prefer that you wait to be contacted by LSI.
If you are hired, you will receive a welcome letter that details what you will be required to bring for your first day of employment. This may include bringing your proof of education and/or licensure on your first day of work.
