With over 10 years of experience in health care, Shelia is a licensed nurse assistant who deliverscompassionate, reliable, patient-focused care to individuals in need. She has worked in private homes, nursing facilities, and hospitals, supporting individuals with a variety of mental health and cognitive conditions, including brain trauma and dementia.
A typical day for Shelia is calm and organized, beginning with light exercise and household tasks. She attends work or community activities during the day and spends her evenings relaxing or connecting with family and friends. Sheila enjoys outdoor activities such as walking, swimming, and light workouts. In her free time, she also enjoys listening to music and cooking healthy meals.
