Join us for a night of reflection as our panel of adult adoptees, Kim Schroeder, Nathan Spaans, and other adoptees share their experience growing up in a multiracial family. They will share their stories with racial differences and challenges as they grew into adulthood. Come and hear how God uniquely creates families and gives us the tools we need to empower our children.
This training has been approved for 2 hours of resource parent training credit.
At this time, we are asking all in-person LSI training attendees to practice social distancing and wear a mask during the session. Prior to the in-person training, please review and sign this COVID-19 safety guidelines acknowledgement form and bring it with you to the training.
RSVP/Registration
Please print and fill out this certificate and bring it to the training. Have your caseworker and training facilitator sign the form to ensure you receive the CEUs available. Always notify your caseworker or recruiter of your intention to attend any of the training or support group events on this calendar. Acceptable proof would also include the signature of the trainer on either training materials or notes that includes the title and date of the training.
