Challenging behaviors are just that – challenging! Join us for a 3-hour training that includes education, behavior management strategies, and de-escalation techniques. The trainers are also leaving time at the end of the training to be able to “check in” with foster parents and provide support and feedback as foster parents are supporting some of the most vulnerable youth in a very unnerving and unprecedented time. Each portion of the training in based in evidence-based research with a focus on understanding a child’s developing brain.
